Q. We're all these videos created by Insider Perks?
No, although most were. Typically the overview videos of various cities were produced by the respective tourism board for that area. If a video has our logo on it then it was produced by us.
Q. Why do some cities only have one video and others have more?
The cities that only have one video have not been visited or filmed by Insider Perks yet. The overview videos and other information has been provided to assist in planning your vacation until we have a chance to film these locations.
Q. I can't find the destination or the city I am looking for.. Will you add it?
We are always adding new destinations to Insider Perks. While it is nearly impossible to cover every single destination in the world, we do cover all the ones we can. We are a video based site however, and if a destination does not have an overview video produced already then we will not offer a guide for that city until we have a chance to visit and produce videos ourselves.
Q. I've seen a video of a city you don't have listed.. Can you add it?
If it's a video created by a tourism board, is professional and offers content to help our users then we will absolutely add it to Insider Perks as well as produce a separate travel guide for the city if we are able to obtain the appropriate licenses to display the video. If you find such a video, please share it with us.
Q. Are these videos really unbiased?

Q. Why are there no negative videos on the site?
While we have visited and filmed several places that we were unhappy with and will not visit again, we don't feel the need to spend time creating a video of these places. We encourage all of our users to utilize multiple sources of information before booking any trip.
Q. Are the new Twitter & Facebook integrations secure?
Yes. Each connection links you directly to Twitter or Facebook and you do not need to ever provide your username or password to Insider Perks. We will never request, email or solicit your information for these sites.
Q. Why do your videos not play in my browser or on my computer?
Our videos are displayed using the latest HTML5 technology. They play best in new browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox 3.5+, Internet Explorer 9+, Safari 4+ and Opera 10+. Our videos also play on all compatible mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad. If you cannot get one of our videos to play then please consider upgrading your browser which will offer a better experience not only here but across the internet.
Q. How can I volunteer to write a guest post for one of your blogs?
That's actually quite simple. Contact us via social media or through this website and let us know you are interested. We don't accept all offers and we don't publish everything we receive but we are always looking for new content so please don't hesitate to ask.
Q. If I book travel from Insider Perks, how do I know it's reliable?
Our travel booking services are fully provided and guaranteed by our partnership with Expedia. Any questions you might have should be directed to them and if any problems arise, they will be able to help you solve them. On each booking page there is a toll-free number for help on the left hand side.
Q. If I purchase merchandise through Insider Perks, how do I know it's reliable?
The products we sell in our online store are managed and provided from trusted merchants of Amazon.com and all orders, support, questions and troubleshooting can be directed towards them. Amazon handles our entire checkout process which ensures you can trust who you are giving your personal information too. At no time does Insider Perks store, keep or otherwise ask for this information from you.
Q. How do I get my business filmed by Insider Perks?

Q. I represent a destination and we have a better video than the one you currently display, will you switch it for us?
Absolutely, provided it is an overview video that will be useful to our visitors and help them gain more useful knowledge about your destination. Just contact us through the site and we'll be happy to work out the details.
